Dr. Zachariasz Baran owns and operates Optimal Healthcare in Adelaide , SA, as a general practitioner, specializing in Causology Medicine, Bioenergetic, Nutritional, Environmental, Herbal and Homeopathic Medicine.

Graduating from the University of Adelaide in 1997. With a broad range of procedural skills including surgery and obstetrics, he worked in rural practice in Jamestown S.A. before commencing training with the Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine. In 2001, Zac completed his examinations and training to become one of the Founding Fellows of the Australian College of Herbal Medicine.

At the 9th International Holistic Health Conference in 2003, Zac had the privilege of meeting Dr. Keith Wendell the originator of EPRT Technologies. Although initially skeptical, Zac trialed this technology on several patients and then became convinced that EPRT therapy is an extremely valuable treatment tool. Today he is actively conducting trials using ERRT therapy in various chronic conditions and monitoring its effects on the ageing process. Zac has also now lectured internationally on electronic medicine and the Electro Pressure Regeneration therapy Devices (EPRT), distributed by EPRT Technologies.
