Dr. Kaye practices internal medicine in a private medical group in Santa Monica, California, USA. His clinical interests are focused in neuro-otology and wound management. He is actively involved in pre-clinical and clinical research with multiple institutions in California including UCLA's Neurosurgical Spine Center . He consults for biotechnology foundations including the Alfred E. Mann Foundation for Biomedical Research and lectures to physicians for Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit in the field of vestibular rehabilitation and balance retraining.

At the 9 th International Holistic Health Conference in 2003 Dr. Kaye delivered a paper chronicling a 30 year history of research into electronic Medicine including his work with Robert Becker a bioelectrical pioneer in addition to the progressive steps EPRT technology has made since then.
